Pirate took its signature music battle, AUX, from the studio to the shop floor in a unique collaboration with Selfridges. We challenged the UK's freshest independent artists in Birmingham and Manchester to “grab the AUX” and play 45 seconds of an original track live in-store, with UK innovator Kojey Radical judging the next wave of talent.

To help grassroots collectives run the parties their communities deserve, Pirate partnered with Relentless to provide free, pro-grade sound systems to rent. Kicking off with a special livestream by DJ AG from a Birmingham barber shop, the 'Power Your Party' initiative equipped the UK's most exciting collectives with the gear they needed to build their scene, their way.
